Job Vacancy BCB Jobs Batu Pahat & KL as Resident Engineer, Sales, Accounts Assistant

We are an established listed company involved in property development and construction activities with offices in Kluang, Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Seremban and Kuala Lumpur. We are seeking for qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:-

1. RESIDENT ENGINEER (Based in Batu Pahat)

- Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building

Construction or its equivalent

- 3 – 4 years related working experience

- Must be skilled to do site measured items and or any other matter in regard to QS system

- Good knowledge in costing and building materials

- Able to coordinate with sub-constructors and suppliers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Assist the Group Managing Director to monitor the progress of ongoing projects

- Independently assist in doing research and maintain quick reference guide to ensure that all updated information is on hand and resolved all assigned task timely and accurately

- Undertake PR functions with external parties and able to carry out the necessary tasks with utmost professionalism

- Attend projects meeting, keep track on key action items and works in progress

2. SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE / SALES ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in credit control & collection environment, specifically in property development industry

- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English and Malay

- Confident, organized and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Must have good command and negotiation skills

- Aggresive and ability to work independently

- Self-motivated, energetic, effective team player and resourceful

- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property / Real Estate or equivalent

- To follow-up with Sales/Marketing agents and SPA solicitors on the signing of the SPA

- To liaise with Bankers/Loan solicitors and ensure loan documentation is completed

- To attend customers enquiries and calls

- To follow-up on loan release and monitor the loan release on timely basis

- To issue progress billings and other invoices, arrange to sent the necessary documents out timely and efficiently

- To oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments from purchasers and financiers

- Preparing, processing and checking all documents relating to loan, transfer, sub-sale. etc

- Able to liaise with lawyers, bankers, internal and external customers pertaining to sales admin and credit control matter

- To ensure that all correspondence from purchasers, solicitors and bankers are being attended to promptly and all payments due are duly collected before handling over of completed properties to purchasers

- To ensure timely collections and initiate ways to improve collection effort to minimise purchasers dispute

- Attend to purchasers and handling enquiries pertaining to sales administration and credit control

- Assist in preparation of financial and other ad hoc reports

- To assist in office administration task

3. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

- Must possess S.P.M / Dipiorna / LCCI cert

- Minimum 2 years experience in handling accounts

- Must be able to converse in both English and Chinese

- Ability to use IFCA system would be an added advantage

- Preference will be given to those with working experience in the construction industry

- Preparation of accounts and managing day to day accounting operations

- Any other ad-hoc assignments
