Special Credit Officer

Responsibilities

- Manage, monitor and recover debts of the distressed business loan accounts under his/her portfolio effectively and efficiently.

- Study and assess client’s proposal for rescheduling/ restructuring/ negotiated settlement and prepare reports for management approval.

- Communicate and work closely with relevant parties such as borrowers, solicitors, receiver and manager, land office, liquidators and others related parties and monitor closely accounts under the legal proceedings to speed up and ensure efficiency of recovery process.

- Ensure compliance of BNM’s GP3 guidelines and the Bank’s internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics/business administration or any related discipline.

- Candidates with CCP (Certified Credit Professional) qualification and/or other professional qualifications will be advantageous.

- Process a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in debt collection and recovery for business loan (preferably in corporate loans).

- Excellent oral and written communication in English.

- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.

- A team player the abality to work independently.

Legal Officer

Responsibilities

- To provide legal advice to the branches, states office, department divisions and to the management on new laws/regulation relating to finance, banking, information and technology (IT), intellectual property (IP), Human Resource (HR), Public Relation (PR), Facilities and Logistic.

- To provide legal advice for ensuring new products are developed in accordance with the laws/regulations guidelines.

- To draft or vet agreement whenever requested by the divisions or departments.

- To monitor contentious and non-contentious matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor of laws, from any recognized university.

- Admission to the Malaysia Bar

- 3-5 years relevant experiences.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- A motivated team player, resourceful & self motivated with high integrity.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Dealer

Responsibilities

- To deal with money market instruments such as Bonds, Commercial Papers, Malaysia Government Securities, Government islamic instruments, Money market Placement, REPO etc

- To raise deposit for investment portfolio and liquidity requirement of Agrobank.

- To determine Money Market Interest Rate for Money Market depositors.

- To manage and monitor the liquidity position of Agrobank efficiently and prudently.

- To monitor New Liquidity Framework (NLF) on daily basis as stipulated by Bank Negara Malaysia requirement.

- To prepare and present monthly report on Money Market Activities during ALCO Meeting.

- To attend note holders meeting pertaining to commercial papers portfolio.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or any related fiscipline.

- Dealer license

- Min 5-7 year’s similar experience.

- Good inter-personal and communication skills.

- High integrity.

Market Researcher

Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze the development of the major market segments of the agricultire sector.

- Develop and maintain a database on the agriculture sector, and other economic sectors for the use of research.

- Forecast the future market trend of the key industries of the agriculture sector and identify agro-based manufacturing industries with promising growth prospects.

- Assist the head in conducting research on other major industries or economic sector that are crucial to the future development of the bank.

-Produce market reports and present research findings.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in economics / business / statistic or other related disciplines. Preference will be given to those with a postgraduate degree.

- 3-5 years of relevant research experiences.

- Economic and statistical analysis and forecasting tools.

- Conduct market intelligence.

- Good writting & presentation skills.

- A deep understanding of the key economic sectors in Malaysia, particulary agriculture.

- Able to work well under minimum supervision.

Librarian

Responsibilities

- Manage the planning, administrative and budgetary functions of library and information services.

- Provide effective access to library collections and resources.

- Maintain the organization of library services in response to the information needs of the staff.

- Train library users to effectively search catalogue, internet and electronic resources for information.

Requirements

- At least diploma in library management/information management or other related disciplines.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Ability to manage a library and its collection.

- Cataloguing and classification of print publications, audio-visual and electronic resources.

- Able to meet deadlines and set objectives in an effective manner.

- Research skills.

- Computer skills, including the ability to operate and manage the library. information service system, spreadsheet, word-processing and database

- Establish and manage the budget for library.

- Compile statistics and generate reports.
