STATE MANAGERS (Nationwide)

Main Responsibilities:

- To manage the entire state functions encompasing operations, sales and customer service.

- To ensure all operational activities in the branch are in compliance with the Bank’s direction, goals, regulations and standard operating procedures.

- To market and sell retail and consumer products and achieve branch targets.

- To proactively monitor trends, identify opportunities and seel feedback on sales improvement, service and operations efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Recruitments:

- A recognized degree or professional qualification in any discipline from a reputable university.

- Relevant experience preferably in banking operations.

- A self stater with strong interpersonal, strategic and leadership qualities.

- Must be willing to be transferred interstate.

MANAGER, CREDIT OPERATIONS (Nationwide)

Main Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for the overall operations of credit department at state level.

- To evaluate and approve consumer loan applications and credit line maintenance request thus ensuring quality accounts are being approved and lossess minimized.

- To identify early warning signals and risks/ opportunities in theportfolio and recommend appropriate corrective measures to the approving commite / management.

- To support business growth through comprehensive risk assestment and prudent credit policy enhancement.

Requirements:

- A recognized degree or professional qualification in any discipline from a reputable university.

- 5 years experience in financial institution with at least 3 years in credit analysis.

- Excellent analytical abilities and familiar with credit risk scorecards and analyses.

- Preference would be given to CCP holders.

- Must be willing to be transferred interstate.
