Global Service Delivery, a part of HSBC Technology and Services, plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, by anticipating and understanding the needs of the customer and offering prompt and responsive services, which enable the HSBC Group to build profitable long-term partnerships with its customers.
We are looking for talented individuals to support our Contact Centre operations at the Group Service Centre in Cyberjaya.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should possess a SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
- Good English communication skills
- Mandarin/ Cantonese language skills will be an added advantage
- Flexibility to work in non-standard shift hours
- Candidates with proven customer service experience are encouraged to apply
