EXECUTIVE,CUSTOMER SERVICE (Based in Bukit Jelutong,Shah ALam)
Efficiently manage the order fulfillment processes and handle customers unquiries/complaints in accordance with established operation policies/procedures and practices in order to secure and enhance business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Sales,marketing,business administration,economics or management with 2-3 years working experience in a related field
- Candidates with experience in the chemical sector supply chain/logistics sector are encouraged to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented with excellent follow up skills
- Proficient with various applications/software
- Knowledge or exposure to SAP system will be an added advantage
