We are a North, American based international preschool and enrichment centre located in Bangsar. its mission is to provide a holistic learning experience in an interactive world-class education within the renowned Montessori curriculum that facilitates the development of the whole child – socially, mentally, physically and intellectually.

HEAD TEACHER (up to RM8,000)

Reporting to the Board, this role will provide day-to-day leadership for teachers to ensure the School maintains the quality of the educational program. Must have a degree in Early Childhood Development/Education and Montessori certification with at least 10 to 15 years of teaching and/or management experience in preschools. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, passionate and forward thinking. Ability to manage teachers and oversee students’ progress and program evaluation.

LEAD TEACHER (up to RM4,000)

Create a prepared environment that reflects Montessori philosophy and goals, conduct Parent Teacher Conferences, prepare students’ progress reports, supervise assistants and prepare lesson plans. Must have a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Development/Education with Montessori certification, and least 5 years of teaching experience in a Montessori school.

TEACHING ASSISTANTS (up to RM2,500)

Assist Lead Teacher in conducting lesson plans in the classroom. Must have a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, and at least 1 -2 years of experience in a Montessori school.

ENRICHMENT TEACHER (up to RM2,200 for 3 days a week)

Implement lessons that focuses on building communication, confidence, creativity and leadership skills. Must have experience with children 3-6 years old with early childhood development certification or credentials. Creative and energetic teacher who can bring enthusiasm and love of teaching to the classroom.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (up to RM2,000)

Maintain documentation, handle administrative work and parents’ enquiries. At least 1-2 years of experience in related field.
