Job Vacancy Nurses for Shell MDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd Bintulu,Sarawak

Shell MDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd owns and operates the world’s first commercial gas-to-liquids plant. It produce about 500,000 tpa of a range of ultra-clean hydrocarbon products from natural gas.

You will be responsible to deliver shell health services business objectives including implementing the Minimal Health Management Standards (MHMS),ensuring the provision of high quality health to SMDS,reviewing and auditing the MHMS when required as well as supporting the business in order to comply with Group health policies and legislature.

Responsibilities:

- Supports the senior occupational physician,shell health malaysia in the delivery of occupational health services

- Supports the senior occupational physician,shell health malaysia in the delivery of ad-hoc national projects agreed with the business

- Contributes ti the regional shell health team in the development of health guidance and tools for the group

- Monitors the shell health service performance via a vis business sector together with the senior occupational physician,shell health malaysia and the country manager

- Carry out health surveillance ,medical examinations and biomedical testing of employees

- Manage the SMDS site clinic and

- Provide quality control and assurance of site health services,including contracted services.

Requirements:

Registered with the nursing board,ministry of health malaysia as a state registered nurse (SRN) or registered with the medical assistant board,ministry of health malaysia as a registered medical assistant

- In possession of annual practicing certificate(as SRN or Medical Assistant) from the ministry of health malaysia

- In possession of a post-basic nursing certificate with experience in occupational health,or a certificate in occupational health nursing

- More then five years post-registration experience in broad health area,preferably in the oil and gas other related industry

- Certificate in occupational health nursing or occupational health and safety occupational

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must;fluency in other languages will be an advantage;and

- work authorisation in Malaysia is required for this position.
